- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- Products must be unused and unopened
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Products must not be damaged (unless damage occurred during shipping)
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken safety seals
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at question@squixellioex.world with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval: We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
- Receive Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number
- Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided
- Receive Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- The product arrived damaged
- The wrong product was shipped
- The product is defective
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking information.
6. Refund Processing

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Refunds will include the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
